Why didn’t I get a code when I tried to register?
If a verification code hasn’t been delivered to the primary member’s mobile or email (whichever option you chose), please check the following:
- Membership number – does the number you’ve entered match the one on your membership card?
If it's correct – and you're new to Nurses & Midwives Health – please call us on 1300 344 000 to check we’ve got the correct mobile number and/or email address on the membership. - Contact details – could your membership contact details be out-of-date? If so, call us on 1300 344 000 so we can update the mobile and/or email address.
