If you’re unhappy with your Nurses & Midwives Health cover, or another element of your membership, please get in touch. We’ll do our best to fix it as soon as possible.

Contacting the Ombudsman
If you’re unhappy with the outcome of a complaint with Nurses & Midwives Health, you have the right to escalate the issue to the Commonwealth Ombudsman.
The Commonwealth Ombudsman is an independent body that helps to resolve complaints and provides advice and information.
