What are the changes to my cover?

We notified our members of the changes to their specific cover in February 2019. However, if you’d like an overview of the changes please click here.


Travel and accommodation benefits

Will the travel and accommodation benefit be available under Hospital cover from 1 April 2019?

Members on Top Extras cover can already claim a travel benefit (for medically necessary trips over 200km return). In addition, members in remote and rural areas may be eligible for a Government subsidy. See below for information about the subsidies available in each state:
