Menopause support benefit
Because menopause doesn’t come with an instruction manual
Menopause is a natural stage of life. But that doesn’t make it predictable. Every woman’s experience is different, so finding trusted information and specialised support isn’t always straightforward.
The changes it brings can affect health, wellbeing and everyday life in many ways.
That’s why we’ve included Menopause support with UnPause as part of Top Extras, helping eligible members access personalised menopause care*, wherever they are in Australia.
What is UnPause?
UnPause offers telehealth menopause consultations with qualified clinicians. By understanding your individual circumstances, they can provide evidence-based information and tailored guidance.
Their clinical team is registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and includes GPs, nurse practitioners and specialist doctors with additional training and experience in menopause care.

What support is available?
You don’t need to work it all out on your own.
The UnPause monthly membership combines clinical guidance, educational resources and ongoing support to help you navigate this stage of life.
It includes:
- Ongoing clinical support that adapts to your needs
- Registered nurse guidance and care coordination by phone and text
- UnPause Care app for symptom tracking, prescription management and direct access to your clinical team
- UnFog and UnMute webinars for live Q&A sessions and expert talks
- Lifestyle content on demand for practical guidance whenever you need it.
Be part of the UnPause Posse for as little or as long as you need. There’s no lock-in contract, so you can get support that works for you.
Why is ongoing care important?
Once you reach menopause, your hormone levels change permanently. While some women only need occasional advice, others may find ongoing guidance helpful as their needs change over time.
Am I eligible?
Yes, if you’ve:
- Got Top Extras with us
- Not used up your yearly limit for Health Education (which includes benefits for childbirth education and menopause support)
- Signed up for the UnPause monthly membership.
