Why should I pre-pay my cover?
Because you'll save money!
If you pre-pay before 1 April 2021, it’ll be at your current rate (premium). You can pre-pay up to 12 months of health cover (until 31 March 2022).

How can I pre-pay?
Your advance payment options are credit card (Visa or Mastercard), BPAY or direct debit. Your quickest options are likely to be credit card and BPAY as it’s a busy time of year for our contact centre team.
Here's what to do, and when:
Credit card (Visa or Mastercard)
Log in to Online Member Services and go to Payments to make an instant credit card payment. Pay by 30 March 2021 (6pm, AEDT).
Call us on 1300 344 000. Before you do, please ensure you have credit card and Customer Reference Number (see the BPAY instructions for how to find yours). Pay by 30 March 2021 (6pm, AEDT).
Enter the Biller Code and your Customer Reference Number. You can find these details at Online Member Services under Payments > Pay by BPAY. Pay by 28 March 2021 (6pm, AEDT).
Call us on 1300 344 000 so we can manually alter your direct debit date and amount. Pay by 26 March 2021 (6pm, AEDT).
How do I calculate my pre-pay amount?
The amount will depend on how many months you want to pre-pay. To calculate yours, log in to Online Member Services and go to Payments > Premium calculator.
