How can I update the contact number on my membership?

You can update the primary mobile number for the membership via Online Member Services or the Nurses & Midwives Health app.

Here’s how:

Online Member Services

  • Log in
  • Go to My membership
  • Click Contact details
  • Click Edit
  • Select Phone numbers
  • Update Phone number
  • Click Next
  • Tick Declaration
  • Click Submit

Nurses & Midwives Health app

  • Log in
  • Tap Membership
  • Select Contact details
  • Tap the edit icon next to your mobile, home or work number
  • Update number
  • Tap Update
