Nurses & Midwives Health is proud to support International Day of the Midwife. Celebrated on 5th May each year, the day highlights the vital role midwives play in the health and wellbeing of mothers, children and their families.

This year, the theme is Midwives: Defenders of Women's Rights.

The theme focuses on celebrating and advocating for the many ways that midwives defend, protect and stand up for the rights of women, girls and midwives around to world.
