Is the centre open?
Yes it is. But due to Stage 4 restrictions in metropolitan Melbourne, we're currently providing telehealth and limited dental and eyecare services. All are by appointment only.

What if I'm in Victoria and I have a dental or optical emergency?
If you experience severe symptoms like facial swelling, trauma, excessive bleeding or severe pain, go to your local dental hospital:

Can I pick up my glasses (or contacts)?

I’ve lost my glasses or contact lenses; can you help?

I’m part-way through dental treatment. Is it OK to pause it?

Can I speak to a dentist or optometrist about my treatment?
Yes – we're offering telehealth appointments.
Can I make routine appointments during the restrictions?
We aren’t doing routine face-to-face appointments at the moment. As soon as this changes, we'll post the details here.
